We operate as a sole trader (autónomo) based in Spain, selling to customers in the United Kingdom.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself mean we have accepted it. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where we suspect fraud — and to refund any payment already taken.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product details are correct, but errors may occasionally occur; where we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Our products and any related content are provided for general comfort and wellbeing only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and your consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights, and as a UK consumer you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
